TJSkids.com uses Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and FedEx for most shipments. The carrier is selected at TJ’s discretion based on the order and destination. We also offer local home delivery and free pickup at our retail locations.

This limited-time offer is available for qualifying orders in major Canadian cities. Restrictions and exclusions may apply, and TJ’s may modify or end the promotion.

• The United States, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland, and Nunavut are excluded.
• Oversized products such as furniture and mattresses are excluded.
• Packages must be small parcels with a shipping weight of 15 lb or less.
• Select remote Canadian postal codes are excluded because of higher carrier costs.

When standard parcel shipping, store pickup, or local delivery does not suit an oversized order, email the item list and complete destination address to customer care. TJ’s uses third-party freight companies and will request a pallet-delivery quote based on those details.

Local delivery is available Monday to Friday in eligible British Columbia cities. Delivery appointments use a four-hour arrival window.

Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Surrey, Coquitlam, Delta, White Rock, Langley, New Westminster, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody.

• TJ’s delivers fully paid goods to a predetermined location at the agreed price.
• Delivery is to the front door only; drivers do not enter the home.
• The route must be safe and accessible for the delivery team.
• A missed delivery may require a $10 redelivery fee.
• Oversized items are assessed individually.
• The customer accepts responsibility for damage to the customer’s property or delivered merchandise. TJ’s accepts no responsibility for such damage, as stated in the existing delivery terms.

Store pickup is free but not instant. Inventory may need to transfer from the Delta warehouse or another location. Wait for the ready-for-pickup email before travelling to the store.

Free shipping is unavailable to select remote regions and postal codes because of higher carrier costs.
